The machine is specially designed for the formation of a sleeve bar on high quality shirts or for the formation of collars on knitted shirts. Lower and upper heating elements with a total power of 1200 watts. controlled by two independent thermostats.
For a clear positioning of the product, the machine is equipped with a built-in vacuum, high power – 2.2 kW. In addition to the folding corners, the machine also folds the sides of the belt, allowing the tailor to easily sew the strap to the sleeve of the shirt. The second feature is marking the beginning of the sewing.
The formation of the left and right sleeve band is performed simultaneously and the downloading takes place automatically.

The processing programs are set by the computer. There is a parts counter. The machine is equipped with a laser ruler to accurately position the material with a cage or ruler. The templates are made according to the client’s forms.
