Needle Feed
Unlike traditional feed systems that rely solely on a feed dog, this needle-feed system moves the needle bar in sync with the material, providing superior control and smooth feeding for light to medium fabrics such as bed sheets and curtains.
Digital Stitch Length Adjustment
Thanks to precise stepping motor control, the stitch length can be adjusted with a very small step of up to 0.1 mm. The convenient stitch length lock function ensures stable sewing quality and prevents accidental changes during operation.
Silent Seam Tacking
The stepping motor-driven electronic backtack mechanism significantly reduces noise levels, creating a quieter and more comfortable working environment.
Sewing Patterns

Voice Guidance

Extended Working Arm

Double-Knife Thread Trimmer
The double-knife thread trimmer cuts thread to a length of only 3 mm, eliminating the need for manual scissor trimming and ensuring a clean, professional result every time.
Sealed Oil Pan
The sealed oil pan prevents dust ingress, ensuring cleanliness, durability, and ideal lubrication of the machine. The built-in oil level indicator constantly monitors the oil level, making quick and easy checks to ensure optimal performance and maintenance.
Semi-Dry Construction

Jack A6F-E-PK is an automatic direct-drive lockstitch pucker-free machine with a puller. A digital needle-feed lockstitch machine with a PK material feeding device. JACK A6F is a specialized automatic lockstitch machine with a dual material feeding system and a 30 cm extended distance between the machine body and the needle bar, providing a larger workspace. The dual feeding system guarantees smooth and precise material feeding under the presser foot, perfectly suited for working with denser or multi-layer fabrics.
