Prime.1 is a machine for single ply cutting of materials coming from textile rolls and coupons. The new cutter allows achieving high efficiency while preserving production flexibility at the same time.
The machine was designed in accordance with Industry 4.0 principles, so it can easily communicate and exchange data with other cutting room devices, creating foundations of so-called Smart Cutting Room.

- The software has many functions that support production planning process such as cutting layouts queuing, layouts and parameters drag & drop. This feature helps you to adapt new employees to work in relatively short time period.
