Description
5-wire Pegasus M932-38-3X4 / D222 industrial block (direct drive)
Five-speed five-wire high-speed sewing and basting machine with integrated head motor for medium-weight materials
5 threads 2-
A needle overlap with a motor integrated into the head is designed for simultaneous coverage and sewing with a chain stitching the edges of garments made of medium heavy materials while trimming the edges: cotton, wool, silk, underwear, synthetic fabrics and knit fabrics .
Direct drive without coupling –
lossless couple
The original PEGASUS unit saves up to 69% energy compared to a friction motor.
The sealed motor is protected from dust, which can cause overheating and premature wear of the parts (patented design).
Extremely reliable industrial equipment developed in Japan.
Furthermore,
the overlap can be equipped with pneumatic devices:
thread cutter (KH) or (TK)
needle cooling device (HR)
automatic lifting of the legs (PL)
fabric scrap (LC)
belt feed unit (BF)
Specifications:
Cutting width – 4 mm
Distance between needles – 3 mm
Value of differential feed – (0.7-1.7)
Stitch length – up to 3.8 mm
Height of presser foot 5.5 mm
Automatic lubrication
Maximum sewing speed up to 7000 st / min
Drive power – 550 W
90x needle type, no 90
Key benefits:
The machine offers high productivity and stable operation at a maximum sewing speed of 7000 rpm.
Edges with beautiful seams,
even regardless of a wide range of materials.
M900 series surfaces are easy to configure for different types of fabrics and thicknesses.
Improved measures to prevent oil from entering the fabric. The needle bar chamber is completely insulated and the oil drainage system is improved.
The needle bar and the upper cutting mechanism are further protected from dust. This increases the service life of the overload.
A stainless steel needle plate is used. Due to this feature, the needle plate does not enter into chemical interaction with the colored tissues.
The sealing unit does not come in contact with dust,
so,
its service life is significantly longer compared to a conventional servomotor.
