Technical Features
This machine for single-thread medium and heavy stitching work is mainly used in shoe industry
for sewing shoe insoles to uppers. It is suitable for sewing various types of shoes from leather or
textile, such as sport shoes, California-style shoes, safety boots or children’s shoes. Other special
applications can be sewing of working gloves, sweaters or neoprene (diving suits).
• Maximum sewing speed is 2500 spm and maximum stitch length is 8 mm.
• Machine’s robust design enables easy operation with materials up to thickness 7 mm and
ensures high productivity and reduced consumption of material in
comparison with conventional lasting method.
• Auto-filling oil pump equipment solves problems with oil leakage and
lengthens machine’s service life.
• High cup arm offers comfortable handling during machine operation.
Model GS-623 is additionally equipped with special gathering device which ensures correct feeding of the
material with radius and helps to sew in fullness of the upper.
