GF-138/238 Series

The main features of these single and
twin needle machines are bottom,
needle and alternating foot feed. Triple
transport system ensures proper feeding of all kinds of material. Maximum
sewing speed is 2000 stitches per
minute. Maximum stitch length is
9 mm.
01 When sewing long stitches, large
diameter hook provides sufficient capacity
of thread. Automatic thread trimmer enables
to achieve high productivity and reduces
consumption of threads. This type of thread
trimmer enables trouble-free trimming of
threads up to size 10.
02 Maximum stitch length of all models is
9 mm.

03 Presser foot lift is actuated by pneumatic cylinder. Bobbin thread winder is
located in operator´s hand reach, thus ensuring higher productivity, comparing with
standard side located winder.
04 Auxiliary hand wheel is used for an easy
manual turning round the machine when
needed.

05 Twin needle machines with 100 cm
long arm are equipped with two bobbin
thread winders located in operator´s hand
reach as a standard.
06 Standard needle gauge is 6.4 mm.
Optionally available following needle
gauges: 3.2; 4; 4.8; 8; 9.5; 13; 16; 19; 25 mm.
Modification for needle gauge 36 mm
cannot be ordered as option but shall be
ordered with the machine only.

07 PTL – Installed double puller helps
to reach the best feeding of the sewn
material. Various diameters and surface
treatments can be supplied on request:
P – smooth polyurethan, S – denticulated
steel, T – denticulated plastic.

08 CD Climbing device
A: Climbing device switch: By pressing
the switch, the height of walking foot is
changed. When the indicating light is on,
foot lift is raised by 4 mm from standard
setting and speed of machine is automatically lowered. After pressing the switch
again, presser foot lift height and speed is
returned to the standard setting.
B: Switch of quick reverse stitch: While
the switch is pressed, sewing machine
performs reverse stitching.
09 S585 – Guiding foot ensures placing
of the seam in exact distance from the
edge of the original seam. Available distances are: 3.2 mm, 4.8 mm and 6.4 mm.

10 ZF – Special device for attachment
of zip fasteners was designed especially
for producers of mattresses. Zipper, cut to
its final length, is attached to the mattress
cover together with the zipper slider in one
sewing operation. This system also prevents creeping of elastic materials. Double
puller PTL shall be ordered with this device.
11 KP28BL-3-1 – Compensating foot is
recommended to be used in case one side
of the material is higher than the other side.
12 Walking foot with mechanically
(KP122) or pneumatically (KP28BL) actuated central guide can be ordered as option.
