Space-Saving Design
The 80×55 cm sewing area is enclosed in a machine housing of only 151×150 cm, which can be folded down to 120 cm for easy transportation and installation.
RFID Technology
The radio-frequency reader scans disks capable of storing an unlimited number of sewing patterns. When brought near the template, the machine automatically loads the corresponding pattern.
Touchscreen Display
Quick-access buttons allow operators to instantly activate frequently used functions: emergency stop, air cleaning, template clamp lowering, and sewing start.
Electronic Thread Tension Regulator
At the start of sewing, it effectively minimizes “bird’s nest” formation (reducing tangling at the seam beginning). During trimming, it maintains thread tension to ensure superior finish quality.
On-Board Programming
Thanks to a simple and intuitive interface, programs can be created from the display or using PC software and imported via USB or Wi-Fi using IoT.
Electronic Presser Foot
The smart foot stays down longer, waiting for the needle to rise, which prevents thread slip and breakage. You can also set different heights for different sections of the seam.
Screw Drive System
Improves transmission accuracy, reduces vibration, and enhances stitch stability. Ball guide rails along which the Y-axis slides prevent the accumulation of dust and thread debris.
Industry 4.0 (Optional)
Thanks to the built-in Wi-Fi module, you can change settings and monitor machine performance directly from the app. Note: A Jack gateway must be purchased for every 50 machines.
